400G DR4 Data Center Silicon Photonic Integrated Transceiver Chip.
The chip integrates hundreds of active and passive photonic devices. The chip has 4 channels of high-speed MZ modulators and 4-channel high-speed germanium-silicon photodetectors, that havehigh bandwidth, low insertion loss, low drive voltage, high responsivity and low dark current.
The chip employs on-chip MPD and low-power thermo-optic phase shifter for quick tuning to the operating point.
The data rate covers 100-400Gbps, in compliance with IEEE802.3bs/ck standards.
Operating temperature range: 0~85°C.
The chip is compatible with QSFP, QSFP-DD, OSFP, COBO packaging.
