Job Responsibilities:

Silicon photonic chip device design, simulation, and optimization.
Silicon photonic system design simulation and layout drawing.
Assist in the design of silicon photonic device testing plans, process and analyze test data.
Collaborate to complete product module packaging and optical design.
Collaborate in the establishment of a systematic storage of company data, layouts, and design documents.
Assist the company in intellectual property application.

Qualifications:

Familiar with simulation software such as Lumerical and Luceda.
Major in optics, optical engineering, optoelectronics, or physical electronics, Ph.D. degree required.
Familiar with the principles of optoelectronic devices, preferably with knowledge of silicon-based passive and active devices.
Proficient in English.
Proficient in using simulation software such as Lumerical, Luceda, or COMSOL.
Experience in layout design and wafer processing.
Meticulous work attitude with good communication and teamwork skills.
