400G FR4 Data Center Silicon Photonic Integrated Transmitter Chip, designed for 2 km transmission, also supports 800G (2x400G FR4) applications.
The chip integrates hundreds of active and passive photonic devices.
The chip integrates an on-chip low insertion loss CWDM4 Mux (coarse wavelength division multiplexer) and 4 channels of high-speed MZ modulators, which hashigh bandwidth, low insertion loss and low drive voltage.
The chip employs on-chip MPD and low-power thermo-optic phase shifter for quick tuning to the operating point.
The data rate covers 100-400Gbps, in compliance with IEEE802.3bs/ck standards.
Operating temperature range: 0~85°C.
The chip is compatible with QSFP, QSFP-DD, OSFP, COBO packaging.
