The chip integrates a low insertion loss CWDM Mux (coarse wavelength division multiplexer) and 4 channels of high-speed MZ modulators.
3dB bandwidth > 55GHz, low insertion loss, and low drive voltage.
The chip employs on-chip MPD monitoring and a low-power thermo-optic phase shifter for quick tuning to the operating point.
Data rates cover 100-800Gbps, in compliance with IEEE802.3bs/ck standards.
Operating temperature range: 0~85 st.
Compatible with QSFP, QSFP-DD, OSFP, COBO packaging.
