The chip integrates nearly a hundred active and passive photonic devices.
The chip has 4 channels of high-speed MZ modulators and 4 channels of high-speed germanium-silicon photodetector array.
3dB bandwidth > 55GHz, low insertion loss, low drive voltage, high responsivity, and low dark current.
The chip employs on-chip MPD monitoring and a low-power thermo-optic phase shifter for quick tuning to the operating point.
Data rates cover 100-800Gbps, in compliance with IEEE802.3bs/ck standards.
Operating temperature range: 0~85°C.
Compatible with QSFP, QSFP-DD, OSFP, COBO packaging.
